I had an unusual problem where my meat problem got stuck in the kitchen drain. I called Roroman Plumbing and they came out the next day. Jose was prompt and efficient and had the problem fixed within 1/2 hour. I couldn't be more pleased with the service they provided.

We were extremely pleased with Jose's previous work for us this past summer. We quickly called him when my husband's installed "P trap" did not pass inspection. Jose quickly assessed the situation, picked up the parts and scheduled a return visit. He arrived promptly on time and clearly explained "why" it had not passed inspection. He proceeded to make the repair in less than 30 minutes. He tested for leaks, cleaned the area and showed my husband what he had done. Jose truly takes care of his customers, we were pleasantly surprised when he only charged $40.00. Jose is a true professional who will work hard for your return business.

The plumbing repairman arrived exactly at the appointment time. He immediately assessed the issues with the toilet. The toilet is located under an extension of the counter and access into the toilet tank was very tricky as the opening was less than two inches. Though the small opening caused some difficulty, the plumber reached into the tank and removed the old corroded flapper valve. He went to his truck, retrieved a new valve, and had it installed in minutes. Once the valve was on, it became clear that there was another issue - in the course of about five minutes, the toilet bowl had barely refilled with water. It turned out that the overflow control had broken. The plumber did not have this replacement component in his truck, but quickly located the nearest hardware store. He returned with the new part and had it installed in just a few minutes. The entire repair job, including the time spent at the store, took just shy of one hour.

I called the company at 230 pm and they were at my door, by my request, at 4pm on the same day. I think they would have been here at 230pm if I could have done it then. Very professional and quick service. I had a garbage disposal replacement needed. I had the parts and was in need of estimates on other projects. I got estimates for 4 other services to be done at a later date (again my request) and disposal replaced within an hour. SUPER! He honored the discount via Angies list and they are top on my list to refer to friends.

Everything went very well. They installed a 4x31 sewer line and removed the old one. They were very professional. There were tenants in the home while they were working and they were pleased with this companies professionalism. They also did work on a Saturday.

Fidel arrived on time and went right to work. He was very professional. He informed me that some of the piping underneath the sink was very old and falling apart (and showed it to me) and asked if I wanted to replace it, which I did. He also looked at an outdoor faucet which did not work, and replaced it with a new one. He was very polite and efficient. I would definitely use this company again.

We had a very clogged kitchen drain and phoned Roroman in the afternoon. Our tech said he could be here in 30-45 minutes but was here in 15-20. He found the exterior access to the drain, snaked it and was in and out in a flash. He even told us how to avoid the problem in the future. I will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs.

Jose showed up at 8:00 sharp, He checked out the sink then told me what he would do and how much it would cost. He was donein an hour and left the sink cleaner than when he started. Every thing works great and so was the price.

Jose has recently completed 4 jobs for me:1. He relocated the city of Fairfield's water meter ( which was in the way of a new RV driveway). 2. Installed a new copper water line to replace the old main poly line.3.Rescued me when I needed a cast iron tub installed promptly one evening when a subcontracted plumber pulled a "no show." His willingness to help allowed my tiler to stay on schedule. 4. Installed a new drain and water supply for new laundry tub in garage. Jose handles all city permits, is knowledgeable of city and building codes and his work passes inspection the first time. With the stress of contractors and code restrictions, Jose makes the experience pleasant with his wilingness to please you the customer. Jose and Fidel seem to enjoy their work with their cheerful way and are very patient explaining the process. I was pleasantly surprised when Jose made helpful suggestions to save me money. We have had a reoccurring problem with a leak under the house. It was also causing back-ups in the kitchen sink and a utility sink in the garage. Jose arrived right on time and was professional and friendly. He was able to fix the leak in one afternoon and advise us on how to avoid problems in the future (i.e. no DrainO or other caustic drain cleaners). We even asked him about fixing a sprinkler head and a leak in the sprinkler valve. He gladly addressed those problems as well. We feel the price we paid was very fair. A few days later we discovered a leak on a hose bib in the backyard and called Jose. He replaced the hose bib at no charge! We are very happy to have found Jose and Roroman Plumbing. We now have a "family Plumber."

The entire process from start to finish took about 30 minutes. Jose was thorough and explained what he was doing.

I called and and he said he would be here in fifteen minutes! He actually answered the phone himself and arrived exactly on time. He fixed the sink easily and charged me $50 less than his usual fee because he said that he thinks plumbers are laborers, not doctors, and if the labor isn't hard, he doesn't think it is fair to charge high prices. He wants to earn his customers' trust. He was highly professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend him.
