Rolando was very courteous and brought in a crew to quickly complete the yard cleanup project.

He came and they work fast. Nice people. A little expensive.

Rolando called me right away to offer me a quote. He showed up the next day and I had a quote within a couple of days. He said he would match or beat competitors prices but his price was extremely reasonable for the job that needed to be done. My backyard is huge by today's standards and completely unlandscaped, has a huge eucalyptus tree in the middle of the back yard and approximately 4 years worth of debris from trees and bushes. This job was done quickly and I am pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend Rolando.

They worked fast and they cleaned up

I paid $250 to have my yard mowed and weeded, plus $200 to have trash hauled away, the level of work proformed at the rate of being charged $250 was an insult! Not even 4 days later I have weeds growing back, which was supposed to be abated with weed killer, he refused to apply any that day, his two workers, never understood a word of English, which was very frustrating because one worker killed part or broke part of a rose bush in our back yard, the level of service provided was far less then what I paid!

Rolando came to survey the yard so he could give me a bid and, provided me with his insurance information without me having to ask. His bid was fair, a little higher than I felt I could handle and we had a slight adjustment. Which I was very appreciative of. He gave me a quote on monthly maintenance that was very reasonable. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Even though it is a nasty job to pick up dog waste, this was the main reason we had to hire yard service, and Rolando and his assistant understood and took on the job without much complaint and did a thorough yard cleaning. My husband and I are both disabled and unable to clean up after our dogs any longer. Thanks so much, Rolando and friend! We hope to continue a long-standing business arrangement with you.

There were some glitches with getting the job started and running into an unanticipated issue. I am pretty happy with the work done but I don't like to recommend based on one encounter. I will hire him again and maybe rate him higher next time.

I called last minute due to an emergency and he came within the hr while on another assignment. Very pleasant to deal with. Explained what needed to be done in layman's terms. A touch high in pricing but not by much - still within reason.
