Rodriguez Bros Pool Plastering

Gene and his team started work when promised and completed the job quickly. He was always responsive to questions and concerns and insured any corrections were made. A crack appeared in the replaced concrete within a couple of months and Gene had it replaced without any problems. I also appreciated the quick responses to any emails I sent to Gene after the work was done regarding any information I needed about the equipment.

Replastered pool in a timely manner. Was supposed to be a dark bottom but was sort of splotchy. I complained and they attempted to make it more uniform. Not great but passable.At that time Rodriguez Bros was subcontraced by Geremia Pools.

I called and made an appointment to have an estimate performed for plaster refinishing on our pool. As a former business owner myself, I thought it was important that they hear what kind of reputation they have on the street, which was... They do decent work but that the customer service is horrible and that they never return calls. She said they have been working on this and that she make sure that I would be well taken care of. I thanked her and made the appointment for estimate. An estimator from Rodriguez Bros did come out to our house as scheduled but never followed up with an actual estimate for resurfacing. I called an spoke to the estimator, who then asked me to contact the office and provide them with my email address so that they could send me the estimate. I called the office and left my email with the office assistant and was assured that they would send it over but I never received an estimate. It has been two weeks and still no email or follow up. In closing...If someone who wants your business and performs like this before they have your money, you can only imagine what it would be like after they have your money. As they say..."So it begins, so it goes"! I would NOT use Rodriguez Bros no matter how competitive their bid might be.

We called to have our new pool evaluated so we could get an estimate for work to be done. They never called or showed up. We then called back to find out if we could schedule another time. On the rescheduled day they left us waiting two hours. When my husband calledt o ask if they were still coming and when we could expect them the man used profanity at my husband. We will be using someone else.
