It was good. They were really fast and got what we needed done when we needed it done because we were moving out. The guy was very nice and considerate of the fact that my young children were in the home at the time of service. I think he came back at the end to do a little something extra so there were additional fees with the Big Deal but it was reasonable, maybe $50 more. We were hoping the $50 would have been included because they got a late start and he had to go out and purchase some items. But overall, they did an awesome job and we are happy with the service so we are fine with the price.

They were very prompt and courteous Did everything we asked, very orderly We are delighted and will have move work to be done in the near future

It went well..I feel the estimate is fair I just cant afford right now. But they were very professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable talking to him. I will be able to do the work by the end of the year and will definitely be calling them

They were really good. We set up a date and time window. They came and immediately set up their equipment and got to work. They made precision cuts and went around joists. They tied the new work with old drywall. They were spontaneous when I decided to have them enclose the window frame. They did really nice work! I'd use them again and recommend them for any drywall work.

The framing was done quickly but the quality was not great. The ends were not square or flush to an intersecting wall causing me to do a large amount of custom fitting when I did the finish work. (having been a contractor I understand there is always some adjustment needed and this was more than that.) Several nails missed the joist and were exposed in the bottom of the shelving. The support for the second shelf was poorly executed requiring joist hangers to be nailed to a stack of 2x4's on the top of the beam instead of being placed on top of the beam. The sheet rock work they did was good. They did a good job with the canned lights and the door installation. The trim work on the door exterior looks a bit piecemeal and I will probably replace it to make it look less lick a patch job. In talking with the owner and one of the employees they seem to do more upkeep work for large HOA's and rental property owners and they seem well suited for that type of work.

Ben is honestly the best handyman I have ever worked with. He is super responsive whether by email or phone. He's punctual and if he's late or needs to reschedule an appointment he always gives me sufficient notice. There's never a job too small or big that he can't handle and the best part is if I change my work at the last minute he is very accommodating and flexible with his time. If the job is something he can't do he always gives the best recommendation and above all his price is great. He really works with you and ensures the work is done to your satisfaction. I totally recommend Ben for any type of work and would definitely use him again as my regular handyman.

Completed the work as requested. Reasonably priced, Did a good job.

Had issues with quality of some of the work. Much of the wall texturing had to be redone. I had to catch issues with the quality of the work.

I took the week off of work to be here while they worked on my home. The night before they were to come they called and said they couldn't make it until maybe Tuesday or Wednesday. They came on Wednesday but only worked half the day. Called Thursday and said they were sick... Showed up Friday but left early to beat the traffic. It took them three weeks to get everything done.... Then the owner tried to send me a bill to cover the extra time that it took them to complete their work! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

All that went fine. I was very happy, it was a good deal. I would recommend it again. And then I asked them to follow up on some pricing to have the work done. I don't know if they are just really busy or something, but they never got back to me. I wasn't too worried about it, because I figured I would just get in contact with them when the time comes when I am actually ready to move forward on that. They were very nice, courteous and gave me a nice plan to work with.

The work went very well as expected. Very professional and quality was exceptional.

The work appears to be well done, but was more expensive in terms of number of hours and materials than was originally expected. In addition, I have had comparable lengths of fence completely replaced for a more reasonable rate.

Ben came to work the many electrical outlets throughout the house. He followed the line directions to the nonoperational sockets and got them working. He was clean throughout the job and even helped us ladies move the chests of drawers he knew we couldn't move without assistance, out of the way. He worked until all the sockets were working. He is a very friendly and easy to speak to guy. We like him and will call him again for other work to be done in our house for sure.

Workers and Ben showed up on time first day, but unfortunately, one worker quit same day and another later in week. Ben came through though, doing most of the work himself and found a second worker when he needed help. Job took longer than expected because of this issue and the unexpected vent problem. Overall bath is great!

It was kind of a bad situation as they are located in Fairfield and the home I was having remodeled was in Fair Oaks, about 90 minutes apart. I asked the fellow to just draw up a sketch and send that to me. He was very nice and seemed to be professional. He did say there were a few people online that were in front of me and I was okay with that. I never got the sketch and had difficulty getting a hold of them. They never called me, but they did email me the plans. It wasn't what I wanted, I just wanted a sketch so I could say yes or no. It was 50 bucks and I had so much trouble trying to get a hold of them that I just said forget it. I do think their intentions were good and they just became overwhelmed with jobs from the Big Deal.

They just seem like they had a lot of other jobs going at the same time so they weren't really able to focus on the details of our project.

Not a good experience at all. The guys that work for him are awesome. But Ben would not give me a bottom line on the jobs and we had to keep going back and forth. It was a straight forward job and ran into no extra work or problems and he could still not give me a bottom line or total man hours. They workers are nice guys. They communicated well to me. They did a nice job. When I expressed my concern to one of the workers they said this was not the first time this had happened. Grading is based on the workers.

It went alright, not spectacular, but not poor either. The man who came out was friendly and professional. I got the impression that once he found out I wasn't looking to remodel immediately, the sense of urgancy to finish was lost. He wasn't rude, but there was also no rush on his part.

They have not been responsive. They haven't returned my calls regarding an estimate. Even though they have come out to do an evaluation, I have yet to hear back about anything else.

Ben Reid was very pleasant to work with and seemed to understand what we wanted repaired. We haven't decided on a contractor yet, and Reid Construction is on our short list when we're ready to go!

I was very uneasy about the quote he provided. He took a long time and the quote he gave me was very high. I got the impression that he would try to up-sell me or say the job would cost more money once the job started. His workmanship may be great, I don't know, but I do know that I've had several other companies came out and they both had better bids, so I will go with one of them.

Ben was extremely nice, professional and punctual. He gave my ?idea? a remodeling. I still am waiting for him to give a ?ball park? on how much I will be spending. Hope this review helps other Angie?s members. Ben brought a secon contractor to our appoitment which help me see my "idea" in a better picture.

They provided the best price for the service. The two workers who came were very knowledgeable and professional and very nice people. They had to rush over to do the work, because the new stove came. They were very nice and cleaned up very well.

Ben and his team not only did a good job on the various projects, but were able to work without our supervision, which was important. The projects were well done, and they cleaned up after the job.

It has been a great experience so far. The guys doing the work were friendly and professional. I felt that there was attention to detail and a genuine desire to do a great job. I will be working with this company again on future projects.
