When I initially hired this company I talked with Bob Morgan. While I appreciated Bob responding to my email communication, I felt like he was maybe a little overwhelmed with the work in the Concord area and the travel time to my location. I think that it would have been better off to work more locally with Roxanne, his sister to do the work. I will continue to work with Roxanne, as the lighting for project still needs to be done, and she has offered to help complete this portion of the project. Some concerns I have about the work on this project are the sloppiness of the concrete that was poured on the fence posts on the side of the home. Also when concrete was poured around the patio structure, concrete was spilled on to two of my plants that I am still trying to nurture back to good health.

They built/installed an Equinox Patio Cover and did an amazing job. They were careful with our belongings, respected our dogs and us and just were awesome.

They were very good and followed up. Someone came out and did measurements and then contacted me right back within an hour. I kept their quote and told them I was going to put the project off until next year. The quoted price was based on the type of roof I wanted and an approximate price was about $2,750. They have financing available, but I do not need it. I liked their personality, they acted like they cared. They were friendly and their presentation was very good. They did not try to oversell me. This company listened to what I want and tried to meet what I needed. Their responsiveness was very good and the girl was right on time. Compared to the other companies I have dealt with they are on top of everything. I plan on calling them back and they will be the first company I consider to do my work.

The workers from Morgan's Outdoor Living Inc Company were absolutely outstanding. The project was done on time. The workmanship was excellent. Every bit of the material they used was covered in their literature which also had samples. The only downside was that Mr. Morgan didn't show up for the scheduled meeting and then we had to call him the next day to find out what happened. He told us that he was tied up and that he forgot. He set up the time for the meeting but missed it. However, his workers showed up on time. So, their punctuality, professionalism and attention to detail were excellent. They performed in an exemplary fashion. As they proceeded with the work, they were willing to show what they were doing. They asked for inputs on certain things such as fixtures and so forth. It was a huge deck cover and they were quick to complete it. When the job was complete we had them pull the permits and when the time came to have the permits signed off, it was expected that they would call for inspection but they did not. We called them several times and left a message but there were no replies. So, I got a hold of the city and had them do the inspection which was no big deal but when it was told that they were going to do it one would expect that they would follow through. The craftsmanship and the workmanship was excellent however, the administrative part was somewhat lacking in both the initial and the final paper work. I probably would use them because they are the only ones in town. They came recommended to us by family who runs construction operation. I would recommend them too. I just expected the owner of the company to call when he did not show up. I had to spend the evening wondering what's going on. I haven't experienced that with other contractors.
