KINETICO WATER SYSTEM

Wow! Talk about great service and product confidence! My husband and I are senior citizens in need of a water softener. Our first water softener was a Kinetico that lasted well over 25 years with no problems. We did our due diligence researching three companies, meeting the representatives and researching the internet. Although not inexpensive we went again with a Kinetico softener. DAMIAN FERNANDEZ met with us twice, patiently answering all questions regarding the product, warranty and the chemistry of our hard water. DAMIAN also took seriously our concern of the long wait time it might take to have a system installed. The company was able to answer our need with a complete installation in less than a week. SAMUEL CROCKER, installer, was on time and he was prepared with everything he needed and followed health procedures by wearing a mask. He removed the old system, installed the new one and left everything in order and clean. He explained everything we needed to know about the use of the system and answered all our questons. DAMIAN FERNANDEZ and SAMUEL CROCKER represented their company excellently and left us feeling confident that we made the right decision again using Kinetico Water Systems!

They deserve well earned good grades. They were punctual, they were polite and they were respectful within my home. I found them to be knowledgeable about hot water heaters and how they work and function. I would use this company all over again if I needed to. My experience was extremely positive.
