Deontae was friendly, courteous and professional as he inspected our plumbing, today. He kept us informed during his inspection and shared his findings as he went along. We created a nice environment where we felt comfortable asking questions and observing. He provided us a wide range of options for addressing the few issues he found. I cannot speak more highly of this company. First, they were able to get me an appointment within 2 hours of my call. Next they sent over JEREMY SMITH...nice guy, polite, informative, and a Skilled repairman. The guy made the price alot more digestible, which I will say was pretty high but not outside of the average costs of a plumber. Very refreshing to see a Skilled Trades guy come out with this sort of salesmanshipand professionalism. Gotta appreciate a company that keeps guys like this on staff. IT MEANS THINGS WILL GET DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. They will be my go to plumbers from now on!
