Wonderful experience from start to finish. Salesperson was helpful but not pushy. Estimate for the job was done within 3 days. Carpet was ordered and arrived on time. Installers for the carpet were punctual and efficient. Everyone was so helpful and really nice. Something extra special about this company?.. One month after my install a box of cupcakes arrived from a local bakery ?Sweet Spot Bakery in Suisun? as a thank you gift from Gillespie?s with a hand written card. Due to a miss labeled sample the carpets were the wrong color. They replaced them all with the correct color promptly.

The team arrived on time, with all the necessary tools and got to work immediately. They always told me when they would be leaving or taking breaks. I work from home so I was always available for questions. All the work went very smoothly. They were done on time also. They took away all the stuff that was torn out with nothing left behind. There were a couple of spots that needed some adjustment after the install was complete. They responded promptly to my needs. The adjustments were made within 1-2 days of calling it in. I would happily use them again. Their prices were probably a bit higher than Home Depot, but the whole staff from sales to invoicing is so pleasant and professional to work it. And you get what you pay for I

THE WORK THAT WAS DONE ON THE FLOORING WAS VERY GOOD. THEY SHOWED UP EARLY IN THE MORNING AND WORKED ALL DAY UNTIL THE FLOOR WAS FINISHED. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Ron arrived exactly on time both for the initial visit to give me an estimate and to clean a test section of the tile floor and also on the cleaning appointment day. Ron was exceptionally courteous and professional, finished within the estimated time frame, left everything immaculate, and the results were fantastic. He also gave me some great tips on carpet and tile maintenance. Best of all, he didnt even balk at the prospect of coming back after he made the first of two round-trips of my very steep, narrow, winding, half-mile driveway. I was more than satisfied with both the work and the outcome.

Gillespie Flooring are very professional and efficient. We had them out a couple of times to do work for us. We had new tile put in the bathrooms, laundry room, and some carpet laid in our home by Gillespie s and we were pleased. Gillespie s also told us about their floor cleaning service and we decided to take them up on the offer to clean the carpets and the existing tile. The floors turned out beautifully and we were pleased with all the services. Gillespie s came very highly recommended to us, so we used them and are extremely pleased with the company. They do quality installation and outstanding tile cleaning at great prices.
