Description of Work: Repaired damaged front door lock. Worker noticed sluggish door latch, I was glad he mentioned it. It was repaired. Also there was a missing screw on the door handle and that was taken care of too.

I had a short window and they came exactly at the time they said they would be at my house. The worker, Jim, was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and was done with 7 locks in about 4 minutes. Price was exactly as quoted.
Description of Work: Changed 7 locks and provided 3 keys for each lock.

+ -1 moreOverall the service was great, I thought the price was pretty HIGH for the hardware and work done, but we were not charged for the first attempt, which I very much appreciate. The quote given for the rest of the work seemed high as well. But I would be willing to pay a little more for the service, and would recommend there services.
Description of Work: The lock on my front door malfunctioned and my pregnant wife and children were locked out while I was away at work. I called and was given an estimate over the phone of $60 for a push button know, and $95 for a deadbolt. The technician attempted to open the knob but due to the malfunctioned state was unable to open, he was however successful at opening the deadbolt on another door. We were only charged for the deadbolt, plus the replacement knob on the front door. The technicians were very professional, and courteous and very responsive. One issue is the knob feels loose, I have not reported this to them yet, I am sure when I due that they will promptly repair the issue. I was also given a quote for keying ALL the outside doors on the same key, and replacing the hardware. I opted to only have the front door repaired but when we are ready for the rest of the work to be done we will give them a call.

He unlocked the door, was professional, quick, and I have recommended him to other people, because he's quick. I know I can depend on him and if the need arises, I will use him again.
