I had 3 other plumbers who quoted me a large amount of money to repair a broken drain pipe. The problem is that I have a slab house and the pipes are under my house. The broken pipe was in the middle of my living room and that would entail breaking the flooring and destroying the concrete and making a big mess. Carlos from C&C Plumbing gave me another option no other plumber offered. He rerouted my pipes saving me from the anguish and saving me lots of money. Also the office assistant named Michele is super nice and very professional as well. Definitely recommend using them for your plumbing needs.

I had an emergency plumbing issue that another plumber totally fouled up and through in the towel and advise that I call another plumber to fix what he could not figure out. Michelle with C & C Plumbing called says she heard from Home Advisor that I needed immediate assistance. She said I can have someone there in 1 hour. Carlos came immediately says he can see the problem with my outside faucet / shut off valve / irrigation system shut off valve. It took some time for Carlos to undo the mess that the other plumber had done. The other plumber left the job and left us with no water to our home for 48 hours. But, Carlos fixed our system and it is working just great. We are so pleased with C & C Plumbing. Kudos to Michelle and her for showing empathy and willingness to help ASAP. Kudos to Carlos for his professional and expert skills to see the problem and fix it with a smile.

They were very prompt in getting to my house and fixing the problem and explaining issues with the pipes and clean out. I would recommend to anyone.

Carlos is very organized, courteous and patient. He took the time to explain what he said he was going to do. The job will be done on Monday July 6. I look forward to having a dishwasher again.

Carlos and his crew were great, again as before very professional and efficient. My sister had a clogged pipe, over the Memorial Day Holiday. We called C and C Plumbing, Carlos and his of his crew came to my sisters house within a few hours. The clog in the pipes was so bad from a grease buildup that Carlos and his crew had to come back the next day to completely clear the pipes. My sister was completely surprised at how reasonable the price was to unclog the pipe on a holiday weekend. Again, I say that my sister was very pleased with the work that Carlos and his crew did. Carlos and his crew are awesome, very professional & efficient. Carlos came to my sister house to fix the sink. When fixing the sink Carlson noticed that the floor was weak, Carlos had one of his worker go under the house, and notice that the floor was damaged and said that there were termite. My sister asked Carlos if he could fix the floor, Carlos said yes he said that he would examine the damage then give us a quote on the job. Carlos gave a reasonable quote and my sister hired him to do the job. Carlos and his crew were kind thoughtful thorough out the process My sister would definitely recommend C & C Plumbing to other looking for plumbing needs or any other work needed to be done Mary A.

I cannot complain about the quality of the work or the technician, but this was a simple job that was not really plumbing at all. If I were not 75 years old and stiff from arthritis I would have done it myself. He replaced two faucet supply hoses and for good measure the supply cutoff valves. The parts can be bought at a famous home appliance store for $37, although the lady who is the dispatcher said they charge $110 for them - that is more than a 250% markup. The job took 45 mins. They charged $250. Assuming 30 mins to get to the job site and diagnose the problem (took 2 minutes), that is 1.25 hours of labor for which they charged $140. Outrageous. I will not use them again. I need to find a reliable handyman to do easy stuff like this - no need to pay a plumber for such a simple job. No soldering, pipe threading, tube bending or cutting, just threading a couple of valves on and tightening 4 hose fittings.
