+ -1 moreI noticed that he didn't customized it like I asked. All my pictures were messed up. They did a very poor job and didn't put it back like I had it. I didn't find out until Christmas day and told me that the virus scan was not working, it hasn't been reactivated. The computer shut down right after that and I just had it back running until Jan 4th and we installed the virus scan on.

+ -1 moreWent very well. Motherboad and power supply dead. Swapped hard drive, video card and sound card to another refurbished computer (desktop) thay had in the shop. Loaded the necessary drivers and ran multiple test to confirm proper operation. Owner stayed late on Tuesday to get the video card to physically fit the and quot;newand quot; computer.

+ -1 moreThis company fixed my laptop when two other computer repair companies told me that my hard drive was gone, and TWICE I was given a wrong diagnosis. Talkin about going over and beyond to get service accomplished! This place is AWESOME!!!! A friend referred me these guys and it turns out that it was a operating system failure. My laptop was up and running w/in a week!
