Description of Work: Repaired part of pool pump system. Efficient, polite, knowledgeable. Referred through home warranty company that was selected for me which I do not think is very professional, but this contractor was someone I would have hired myself.

Description of Work: They replaced Hot Tub pump. The owner is very nice and very knowledgeable. He initially did not think he could find a pump for my old hot tub, but he did and at a reasonable price. At times he was hard to get a hold of, but it was never to an annoying level. They did the job at a reasonable price (everything cost too much these days)and he was flexible realtive to my schedule. I would call them again.

+ -1 moreThey get 5 stars all the way. I have used them on more than one occasion. I used them extensively when I was on an out of state project. They charge to start your pool up at the start of the season, and that included putting the chemicals, vacuuming it up, cleaning the filter, and what you may call a start up service. They charged $300 for that, and they charged $30 for the weekly service, of checking the pool and the chlorine, and keeping the pool up to date.

Description of Work: Not many persons will do work on older, above-ground spas/hot tubs. The work was done on time and was reasonable. The tub heated up but would not turn off so I had to have a second day of work done but was not charged for the labor, only the parts. Unfortunately I have a very old hot tub and the only way I would know if the tub would keep at a certain temperature was for it to first heat up! Again he was prompt and knew what part I needed. I would happily recommend to any one who has an older model that is not computerized!

+ -1 moreThey do everything; they vacuum the pool every time, which other pool services only scheme the top and that stinks. They bring out the vacuum and they do it like that every time.

+ -1 moreFrom first contact through final delivery, Aquarius was top-notch with professional service all the way. It took several visits to complete the work. Before each visit, I received a call to let me know what to expect, and I also received a follow-up call to insure that services provided were satisfactory. They hit a home run in all service categories, and greatly exceeded my recommendations. Would definitely use again!
Description of Work: As the new property owner, Aquarius spent time to educate me on overall pool maintenance and how each component of my system worked. They also provided me with the tools and supplies that I needed to perform regular maintenance, cleaned the filter, installed a new blower motor and installed a new check valve.

We had other pool services before that would just skim the top of the water, every time Aquarius comes, they bring a vacuum to vacuum the bottom of the pool and they leave it crystal clear. They charge just a tiny bit more but they do a whole lot more than the other people.

+ -1 moreI have found them to be very competent, reasonably resolved any billing issues that may arise, and I would recommend them to any one. For the value received in terms of price, their service is well worth the price.
Description of Work: They provide service for both one time calls and as well as monthly pool cleaning services. I have used them on both a weekly basis and also for a one-time service to clean out our pool, maintain proper chemical levels, and clean the filters.
