 + -1 moreThis company has ordered a glass in our house before and I was very pleased with the entire process, however, this experience was terrible. The manager/owner of the company appeared very concerned for our situation until he found out that all he needed to do was turn in a service request for the company that installed our windows when our house was built (it was under warranty). My husband and I both felt that Larry was not honest in informing us of the warranty process and was not up front that he didn't understand what a service request was. He wasn't clear that he was going to order the window from a different company in order to get paid quickly for the work. I had a conversation with Larry on the phone that was very unpleasant. He was not professional in his language, nor professional in the way he spoke about his employees. In the end, everything worked out for everyone's benefit, however I would not call ACME again for any service.
Description of Work: They needed to submit a service request to International Window in order to process our warranty for a window that needed to be replaced due to defective seal and damage.

 + -1 moreTHERE WAS ONLY ONE GUY WHO WAS VERY FAST. HE WAS VERY NEAT. HE CLEANED UP AFTER HIMSELF. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE AND WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
Description of Work: THEY HAD TO COME IN AND REPLACE A DOUBLE PANED WINDOW.
