Had an apt scheduled for a quote for Wednesday night at 5:30. She did not show up till after 6:00. It was dark then and she could not see. Rescheduled for 10-10:30 the next morning and showed up at 11:30. Said I would have a quote by Tuesday, its Friday and I have not heard from them. At this point, even if it was a good quote, I would not use them

void this contractor. We agreed on a price and date for work on my house. He cancels then reschedules for another date. He assures me he will come again but dosent show up ,text or call. Very unprofessional.

I had three criteria when searching for a contractor: Quality, Honesty, and Communication. Sam passes all three tests with flying colors. I've already recommended Sam to friends and family, and wouldn't hesititate to do it again. After my father passed, we needed someone to renovate my parents' former rental. The last tenant did a number on the place and it was already showing its age. Sam was aware of the significance of this project to my family and was very conscientious about keeping within the budget. He rebuilt the inside of the entire house including all new plumbing, electrical, and insulation. Mom was so happy with Sam's work that she had him remodel her own kitchen and bathroom. It's very difficult to find a contractor with a balance of craftmanship, honesty, and effective communication. Don't hesitate to give Sam a call!

Sam has been my first-call contractor for over a year now. He first came out to install a steel entry door in my garage. His response, price, and work was all top notch. Since then, I've consulted on him for a number of projects, and he always gets the job if available. Sam is the ultimate professional and a master craftsman. His business is set up nicely with email invoices, and he takes credit cards via online transactions. As a single female, first time homeowner that loves power tools, it has been a blessing to find a contractor that doesn't mind showing the ropes on various home improvement and maintenance tasks. I went absolutely nuts turning my garage into a man cave, complete with laminate floors, fancy molding and trim everywhere. Sam helped me out every step of the way, didn't mind my nosing around, and taught me some tricks about edging and coping. Probably the best thing about this guy is his attention to detail and work ethic: if he touches something, he's going to try and make it the best that it can possibly be.
