+ -1 moreCarter Construction took over our master bathroom remodel project after our first contractor didn't work out. Franklin Carter worked with us from design concept through the finished project. What stood out most was his attention to detail, prompt and clear communication at every level, timeliness, and work ethic. We could always rely on him to be respectful and follow through. Franklin provided great recommendations and worked seamlessly with all sub contractors. He also took on most of the work himself when needed and can expertly execute general carpentry, plumbing, electrical, finishing, installations, etc. We couldn't be happier with the finished product and HIGHLY recommend Franklin to anyone. Can't wait to work with him again!

Description of Work: Letter of Recommendation Reference: Franklin S. Carter Remodeling and Renovation Contractor My experiences with Franklin Carter’s work have all been excellent. My husband and I own a vintage Edwardian home that is continually in need of repair, from foundation work, electrical problems, siding, anything and everything needed to keep our home in good condition. He has done several jobs for us over a few years, big and small, and it’s like watching an artist, so knowledgeable and precise is his work. He is always on time, always courteous, and cleans up after each day’s work. I can personally say that Franklin Carter is quick and thorough and really knows what he’s doing with all aspects of whichever project he has done for us. Also he stays within a stated budget and let’s us know well beforehand if additional, unanticipated work is needed.
