I can't thank James enough for restoring our carpets back to normal. We adopted 4 feral male kittens earlier this year. While on the waiting list to get the kitties fixed, they marked up every corner in our living room and dining room area. The carpet there is just over 5 years old and still looked relatively new. Below the surface however, the dominating smell of male cat spray reeked throughout the entryway and entire house. It was offensive to houseguests and embarrassing to us as homeowners. We own the rental machine carpet cleaner that anyone can rent from most supermarkets. I tried relentlessly over and over again to eliminate the cat spray odor with pricey enzymatic cleaners and that machine that runs on hot tap water with no success. It just brought the smell up to the surface of the carpet for a few days and made things worse. James' method was very impressive and convinced me he's one of the few who has the technology to remove pet odor smells along with all natural solutions that actually work. Discovering James was literally a miracle. Unlike most carpet cleaners, The Specialists are actually certified in eliminating pet urine and spray beyond the carpet padding down to the foundation. James told me he takes classes regularly to upgrade his knowledge and stay ahead on carpet cleaning technology and methods. My last option was to change out the entire carpet and switch to pricey tile. I'm glad James gave his honest opinion and effort into fully eliminating our cat spray issue. He also made our 23 year old Berber carpet in the master bedroom, staircase, and hallway look better than it has in decades. When the time comes to clean the carpets and since cats are unpredictable, I won't hesitate to call The Specialists and have them remedy the problem again. James is the owner of the company and does the actual work himself. He cares about the quality and outcome of his work. Seeing the owner make the service call speaks volumes in my book. James is very personable, trustworthy, and dependable. His services rates are very reasonable and he even gave me a discount when I mentioned being an Angie's List member. James did a Fantastic job!!! My carpet looks clean, odor and stain free! James is very, very knowledgeable at is field and such a pleasure to talk to. He's company was very professional from the first hello to the last call on checking on how I was satisfied with the service. The Specialists picked up the rug, cleaned it, and returned it in less time than projected. The carpet looks great. They included a protective coating at no additional charge. And gave me a free bottle of spot remover. Their products are green and safe for pets. The Specialists were great at keeping me informed about their pickup and delivery schedules. They did a fantastic job and I will use them again.

They were professional and considerate in scheduling pickup and delivery back to the house. Their staff is really personable. The two rugs had not been cleaned since being purchased approximately 11 years ago, and frankly I only expected them to be clean but still stained, etc. However, they did a spectacular job and I'm astounded at how clean they are. Also, they are a green company and do not use any harsh chemicals, which is important given respiratory and other health issues of one of the residents here. AND, though they had to work extra hard to get these rugs clean, they honored their $165.00 special pricing, which was a screaming deal for two full-room rugs. I will be using them again soon, for my area rug as well as some smaller rugs in the house.

Awesome as usual. James is a very kind, trustworthy, hard-working person with complete knowledge about his business. He has always done an excellent job on anything I have needed him to do, including carpets, rugs, upholstery, doggie stairs and tile. I would never use anyone else.

I had The Specialists clean the carpet three years ago, and was so pleased with the results I had made sure that I kept the card. I was happy to have James come again. The appointment was made several weeks ago (he is very busy) and I got a reminder, which was appreciated. He arrived on time,. performed the work efficiently and effectively and was on his way. Excellent results. Could not ask for anything more.

We had used The Specialists around 2 years prior to this cleanng, and had not had our carpets cleaned since then. They were pretty dirty. After discussing any special cleaning needed, we walked around so that I could point out, and discuss specific areas where the carpeting had bad spots, and what I had spilled. Coffee with butter and oil was perhaps the worst. Whoops..... After our cleaning 2 years ago, we did get the spot protector treatment. It appears to have worked very well, as James was able to get the carpets cleaned very well once again. I was very surprised that the got this clean. There were not any odors left after the cleaning. Excellent job, Thanks!!!!!

We called to set an appointment and James arrived right on time on the scheduled day. He was very professional and worked quite diligently. I also appreciated that The Specialists called the day before to confirm the appointment. I will use The Specialists the next time our carpets need cleaning and recommend them without reservation based on our experience.

Tony responded immediately when I left a message and had a competitive estimate. He scheduled the job in a timely fashion & showed up on time. He and his assistant did an excellent job of cleaning everything. The hassock was badly stained- I'd tried myself to clean it with no success, but Tony got it clean. He color-tested the oriental rug first; afterward, the colors really brightened up. Very impressed!

It went great. He was very friendly and gave me lots of tips. He also went over my car seat for me at no charge. My carpet looked great and my couch like new.

He was good. He was very personable. The furniture is worn, and I wanted the cushion to be cleaned. He explained to us that there were certain areas that he may not be able to clean, and he also did a surface rug for us, and he did not charge us the full price for it. He explained the materials that he was using and they were environmentally friendly. He did a good job.

I am very happy with the job. The carpet looks like it's new. There was no odor in the house and therefore did not affect my asthma. I had very productive emails with the company before making the appointment. We discussed the area size, whether or not there was dog urine, the cost for the job, my zip code, what type of service was offered ,address etc. I indicated that I did not like early appointments so I was scheduled for 2:30. The owner was at my house at 2PM for the job. We did a walk through the house and I explained exactly what I wanted in each room. He then gave me an exact price. I was satisfied with the price and he began his job. He was very professional, polite and helpful. He was very concerned that I was happy with the job. Well the owner was the guy that came and he was fun and funny. He did great work and I will use him and his company again. I enjoyed talking with him about the work and just stuff. Thumbs up..

It turned out fine. The owner came out and he was fine. They showed up on time and everything got completed in a timely manner. It was $90 more than what we paid through Angie's List. $240 was the total for the job and we had the $150 gift certificate.

James completed the assigned job in a professional manner. He readily explained what products I should and should not be using on my carpet. I liked the products that he used for carpet-cleaning.
