The Specialists All Natural Carpet Cleaning

Wonderful! My carpets look brand new. I thought I might have to pay extra for a few stains but Kevin said unless stain got to the pad he should be able to clean them and he did! I got a call before Kevin came and he was right on time. He was very professional, He measured everything, gave me a quote and took off a discount. He went right to work and I couldn't be happier with the results.

They called ahead to give precise arrival time; measured the indicated areas, gave a quote, and started right in cleaning. With the cleaning tools they use and the carpet rake, the carpet looks so good when finished that I hate to even walk on it. Stains were all removed, it looks great. They cleaned about 250 sq. feet this time, and the whole house had been done in October.

The young man came early and was pleasant. I just had surgery and he was very accommodating and helped with. Had pieces of furniture cleaned dozens time of before and nothing compared to this. He was neat and tidy and cleaned up himself, if he oversprayed on the carpet he cleaned that. He got out things that were supposed to be impossible. Pleasant and did extraordinary work.

Kevin showed up on time. We discussed possible treatments and their costs. I could not afford the special treatment for so many urine stains in so many rooms. After treatment of spraying and raking the carpeting, no stains were visible for a couple of days. Stains slowly appeared, but far less darker than after previous carpet cleaners. Also, the carpeting dried much faster, about six hours - faster than previous cleanings. The company called a few days later to ask how satisfied I was. I said the urine stains had reappeared, but far less apparent than from previous cleanings. The next day, the company called and offered to retreat the areas - for free! They came the very next afternoon and treated the main walkway from the front door. It is drying and the stains are less visible than before. Their concern for my satisfaction, serious discussion of the best and most efficient method to use was refreshing. They use pet friendly cleaning solutions with no apparent odors. I plan to hire them in the future, although the rescue dog is getting better at peeing when I let her out every two hours and give a small morsel reward.

Even though there was confusion on arrival time, Dillon and Joe were genuinely warm and efficient young men.

All areas were thoroughly cleaned. The Specialist team was careful and efficient. I am very happy with the outcome.

I had them come out before using a Angie's List deal. Both times they were professional, punctual, thorough and very service oriented and respectful of my time. They are my carpet cleaners from now on. I highly recommend them.

James and his work partner were on time, very friendly, explained all that they were doing, and they worked quickly and effectively. They used protective covers on wall corners to avoid bumps with hose or machinery. The carpet was essentially dry by the evening (they finished at 1 pm) and it looks and feels great under foot. We are very satisfied.

Signed up to schedule carpet cleaning. Had to wait a few weeks for an open slot. I think that was okay, because they were probably busy. Received a call prior to day of service to verify everything was still a go. This was good, but it was the first time that I heard that there was an arrival window for the workers. I had scheduled some afternoon appointments that I would not have done, had I know about a window of service. All worked out okay. They were able to finish and do a good job before I had to leave. Joe and Dillon were very courteous and worked well together.

Carpet looks so good!! Fantastic job. We have used the Specialists for several years. They always do a great job. James is caring and always checks to make sure we are pleased. A few Christmases ago, we had a big spill on carpet just before a party. We called James and he came over quickly and took care of it before guests arrived.

James was professional, careful with my furniture, and very attentive to details. I liked that very much. He did an excellent job. I know that pet urine stains can be very hard to get out, but he definitely succeeded. I would say, my expectations were met and more. They did a very good job cleaning the rugs. We did have to contact them to follow up on the delivery, as we had not heard from them within the first week, as initially promised. But once contacted, they were very responsive. The carpet cleaning went very well. On time as scheduled, with outstanding results. James is very professional, and proud of his work. A trait that is not as easy to find as it once was.

When I first purchased the deal through Angie's list I gave them 3 times from the options section. I didn't hear anything so I called them. They were very apologetic and had not received the notification from Angie's list. (This is not the first time that's happened with a service I've purchased through Angie's list) They happened to have a cancellation the next day so I took it. The woman I talked to on the phone was very professional and courteous. The serviceman was prompt, courteous, and did a great job on our white sofas and my area rug. The sofa looked new again. I would definitely hire them again!

The Specialists are a great carpet cleaning company. James is a hard worker and came to my new house, the day I got my keys, to give me a bid. And he cleaned the carpet the same evening, he didn't start until after 4pm and he stayed until the carpet was done until after 9pm. He did a pet stain treatment and cleaned all the other carpet with his non toxic cleaner. He had a new van with new equipment and took special care not to mark the walls. A few of the pet stains came back a bit, so I called James up and he came back out to treat those spots, no questions asked. They were a reasonable price and are reliable, friendly and so great work. I will be using The Specialists for all my carpet cleaning needs.
