Description of Work: I have had the specialists before and continue to have them because of their good service, and they have made my 15 year old carpets look beautiful.This last time, I had many areas (pathways) that needed extra care. I also had protective solution applied. I even had the kitchen chairs that have cushion seats and backs cleaned. They had spots due to my grand children's spills. Now I am ready for company since everything looks so nice.

Description of Work: My daughter was having a shower at my house, so I wanted to get the carpets cleaned. James arrived when expected and did a wonderful job on the carpets, even getting out stubborn stains that have been here since we moved in. He was very into doing the best possible job he could do and offered to come back if there was anything we were not pleased with. I was also very pleased with the reasonable price. I would recommend him to anyone. The experience was great from start to finish.

Description of Work: He cleaned living room, dining room, one bedroom and the hall. I scheduled with this company because my daughter is pregnant and wanted a clean house before the new baby comes home. They use non-toxic chemicals and that's a must with small children in the house. He was punctual and friendly and a bit chatty but that was good because we like to know a bit of the back story. He left us booties to wear until the carpet completely dried and wore booties while doing the work which my daughter really appreciated because some service providers have to be reminded to put them on. Description of Work: We recently hired "The Specialists" to clean our carpets. They were very prompt in responding. Our carpet has probably never been so clean! James was so polite and efficient and gladly explained everything he did. He was the first person who cleaned our carpets that used "corner protectors!" I would definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone. Superb job!
