Everything turned out well, and it was a good experience. The price was fair, they did a good job with the repairs, and they cleaned up nicely after finishing the work.

I've used the company several times over the years, and I've had good experiences for the most part. Unfortunately, the gentleman they sent for this most recent experience was very unprofessional. Specifically, he parked in my driveway which prevented me from accessing the street, and he wore ear buds which prevented me from getting his attention to ask questions. When I did finally grab his attention and asked some questions, he acted as though he was annoyed by the entire experience.

Everything went very well, and it was a great experience. They did excellent work without leaving a mess, they responded right away, and they were professional and polite for the entire time.

Arrived as expected, answered all my questions thoroughly, and the installer took pains to protect plants that were growing around the downspouts. We haven't had rain since then so am looking forward to seeing how the gutters and guards work this fall.

It went very well. They showed up on time and performed the inspection.

We had the roof doctors come out and do an inspection on the roof of the house we were going to buy. The inspection went fine. They gave us a laundry list of repairs. Once we moved in we had them come back and do the repairs. The repair person showed up when he was scheduled. He rang the door bell to let us know he was here to do the repairs. After the work was doen he rang the bell to let us know that all the work was done and he was leaving. Here is the rub. From the time he rang the bell until he was done was a total of 30 minutes. I think $400 for 30 minutes work and maybe $25 worth of material is just right out being taken advantage of. I did complain to the management about the pricing and it fell on deaf ears. I know I agreed to the work ahead of time and I am assuming he did the job but I felt that I was price gouged.

The inspector was punctual and took his time to do a thorough job.

Like most everyone else these days, I am a very busy individual. Thus the reason why it has taken me four months to write this review. It would just be wrong for me not to take the time. This company is the real deal. No hype, no false promises. Just honest, quality work. I am a shareholder in a Program Management firm overseeing large scale construction projects. I am ever so familiar with some of the non-integral business owners in the industry. So I was very happy, first and foremost, with the integrity of the owner. He showed up when he said he was going to show up. He did what he said he would do and it costs what he said it would cost. In fact, I was not even charged for some additional downspouts I added during the installation. The job was for my elderly, homebound parents. It was an old home, approximately 39 years old with a tile roof. It had twice as much gutter as a typical home that size. The crew was fast, but thorough, getting the job done in one day. The crew was very professional and courteous. The property was left clean, as if there had been no demo work. After the job was done, the owner even came in a spent some time visiting with my father. I can't say enough about this company. I will, without hesitation, recommend them to anyone that is looking to have gutter work done. One last note. I looked at all the various gutter installers on Angie's list. Gutter Doctor was the only one at the time that had CURRENT year reviews that were all exceptional. It was also the only company that commented on each customer review. This told me that the owner not only read the reviews, but truly valued what the customers had to say. This is the type of business owner you want providing you services. I hope this helps others on Angie's list to make an informed decision when picking a gutter vendor.

Roof Doctors did a thorough assessment of our concrete roof tiles and found a few to be cracked or damaged. We made an appointment for repairs, which were done quickly and thoroughly. A definite recommendation for those who are considering this type of work.

Then I accepted this estimate after having another company inspect it and give me an estimate that was much higher. I had used Roof Doctors before and decided to go with them. We set up an appointment for my repair. He came on time and did the work. Everything was left clean and neat. They sent me an invoice once again by e-mail of the work that was done.

I have been dealing with the company for about four years. The work went well. They arrived on time and completed the work as expected. I would recommend them others.
