Excellent same day service, super prompt. Our HVAC died the night before, i called them at 0800 and by 1215 a friendly and highly knowledgeable tech was standing at our door. Within 45 minutes he had taken the unit apart, replaced parts, and recharged it! He did not try to pressure us into a new unit, even though ours is 35 years old! Upon checking the vent outflow it registered low 40s. 👌 He educated us on what to look for when determining the end of life cycle for an evaporator unit. I'll definitely call them again.

Vic was very responsive and made an appointment quickly. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the replacement part. When he came to install the replacement part, he found another problem and had to order THAT part. So an extra service call was required. Vic was professional, friendly and responsive throughout the process.

Refrigerator stopped running Sunday night and I found Qualified Repair on Angie's List. Left a voicemail for Vic, and he phoned back Monday morning with an appointment for Monday afternoon. Up front with charges from the start and costs were reasonable. He had everything fixed within 20 minutes. I will definitely call Vic at Qualified Repair when needed.

Very please with the work. Found a fault in the dryer which was pointed out to me. Part secured and repaired within the hour. I will use this company for all other appliances as needed.

He was very nice to work with and did an excellent job on our dryer and came out quickly. Also, I liked that his pricing was the same from the initial quote even when he needed to get a different a part.

Wonderful! The tech was courtious, professional, and qualified. He went above and beyond by explaining everything and even fixed a leaky hose for the washing machine. Great service and great price. Won't hesitate to call him in the future for any repairs!

They went out and bought a new one and installed it better than the first one was. They found that the first one was not installed correctly.
