Neil Franklin Painting

Description of Work: Neil is a great painter. We hired Neil to paint the entire interior of our house. He was very accommodating to our schedule for meeting with us for a consultation. His estimate was very close to the actual total. After we got our quote and hired him for the job, we had to wait about 2.5 weeks for him to start. He is the owner and sole employee, so he had to finish his current job before starting at our house. On the first day he prepared the main great room and made sure to have one room done by the time we got home so we could see the color. From then on, we would get home in the afternoon and he would tell us the next room to be painted so we could somewhat prep it. Neil handled all the taping and drop-cloth covering. We just moved everything to the middle of the room. When the weekends came Neil was willing to remove all drop-cloths, but we told him to leave them in place because we didn't mind. We didn't like the paint color we picked in our bathroom, we picked a new color and Neil came to our house on a Saturday to get the job done.
