Service from this shop was great! Our stovetop gas was starting up with a lot of difficulty-- the gas would sort of sputter out at the beginning and then eventually start flowing. So, I called and was able to get an appointment within a week. They arrived on time, evaluated the situation, and let me know a replacement part was needed. They came back about a week later and replaced the part, and everything works great now. They even helped me figure out which filters I needed for my oven hood so I could replace those as well on my own.

Joe was very professional and courteous. He didn't always contact me when he said he would, but he did show up when he said he would. I have a difficult work schedule and Joe was very accommodating. Unfortunately, the repair did not work and I need to buy a new washer. I would have been pleased as punch to have my machine running for the anticipated $300. Being down for almost a month with nothing to show for it has left me disappointed, but Joe was not at fault.

Excellent, Joe makes it go, just like his card said. and I add there's no reason to cry, Joe's the right guy. When he was done he cleaned up his mess and left like there was never anything wrong. No more drips or drops.

There was an $86 diagnostic fee which was divulged to me before he came out. The repair itself cost around $100.

I sent a recording of the dryer to Joe and he diagnosed the problem immediately. He came to my home as scheduled and repair the dryer in no time. I called Joe on a Monday called me shortly after I left him voice mail message . He said he would come on that Friday, and would text me Thursday to set a time. On Thursday afternoon he gave me a window between 2-4 pm. on Friday, and arrived promptly at 2 pm on Friday. He was very careful, and was quick to disassemble the pump and determine the problem. Joe was thorough, and tested the system to make sure it was working properly. I would recommend Hudson Appliance Repair to anyone needing work done on kitchen or laundry appliances.

Joe responded to my initial request right away and once I was ready to have the work done scheduleing went very well. He assessed the problem, explained and did the work at a fair price. The dryer runs smoothly and quietly now.
