Mr. Hudson immediately identified the problems with our ice maker, made an adjustment and ordered a part. The part arrived quickly and was installed right away. I'm very happy with the service and the repair.

It went seamlessly! He did an excellent job, in fact my washer has never worked better. We used our smart phones to communicate and I even used apple pay in payment for the bill, which was 359.04 + 79 service call.
Description of Work: My 6 year old Whirlpool Washer made noise when agitating and spinning. Joe came out and did an assessment of the problem (cost $79.00). He then said he would call me with an estimate for parts and labor to fix the problem (main bearing) and left spring for the washer lid. He did so with an estimate and asked me if I wanted him to order the parts. We agreed and within a day he send me a text with several 2 hour window options for the repair. I sent him a text with our choice and within 2 days he had fixed the problems.

Came out found that the oven computer had died, then had to send it out to have rebuilt . Very happy with Joe's work and professionalism, would be very happy to hire him again if needed.

Excellent. Joe diagnosed problem easily, gave me a ball Park figure based on his labor costs and replacement /parts. It ended up costing less because it took less time to install than he'd figured on. Nice, knowledgeable, professional demeanor, responsive to phone calls/emails. Great guy --great service!!!

The owner of Hudson Appliance Repair was very honest by telling me that a repair would cost almost as much as a new washer. Glad he didn't take it appart by charging a high price. I got a new washer now.

JOE HUDSON WAS ABLE TO ARRIVE JUST A FEW HOURS AFTER I CALLED. HE FOUND THE PROBLEM (AND ALSO REMOVED ALOT OF LINT.) THE NEXT WORKING DAY HE REPLACED THE PART. HE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND PLEASANT.

Evidently there is a problem with the mother board, which is no longer available so it must be sent off to be repaired. Joe gave me the name and number for the service he uses. I'll send it in when I get a chance.
Description of Work: Our wall ovens were not working correctly. Joe came out and spotted part of the problem immediately. Since he did not have the part in his truck, I ordered it online, installed it according to Joe's instructions and he returned to calibrate and adjust the ovens.

Plus, he answered all my questions, and if you know me, then you know there were a lot! :) In addition to this particular call, I have had Joe out for washer/dryer problems in the past. This is the third time we have called on Joe Hudson to repair a household appliance. This visit, as the two previous ones, went perfectly! Joe arrived right when he said he would. He did an awesome job, came quickly when i needed him and did the work quickly. He is reliable and true to his word, and quite talented in repairing various problems.
Description of Work: First time, my washer. He did a great job, courteous, efficient and quick. The following year, my dryer went out. He not only repaired it from the problem, but saw something else after the estimate that could potentially go out soon and repaired it free of charge since he had not included that in the original estimate.
