Description of Work: He told me my three year old washer had a computer problem in the motor and would be very expensive to fix. When I asked where I might find a refurbished machine (having gone through two new washers in the last six years), he gave me a referral to a well respected company that sells rebuilt appliances. I love my no-bells-and-whistles machine, which came with a one-year warranty. Hudson was a very good company and I would call them again for repairs.

Description of Work: He came out that evening at 7pm. The refrigerator was not working. He checked the circuts & relays and said the compressor was not working. He could fix it, but for the $400+, I'd be better off getting a new refrigerator. He did not charge me for the call, but I gave him $40 for his time and gas (looking back, I was cheap) He was honest and I really appreciate that.

Description of Work: He arrived on time. He ascertained it wasn't the pump mechanizem but something electrical. He had a gadget to put in to check electrical. It was obviously electrical. He had the part in his truck. Installed it and everything works just fine. He ran it through rinse cycle to check everything. It works fine now. 90 day warranty on parts and labor. I don't know how to compare his price.
