HomePro had to repair damage to my stucco garage caused by my neighbor, who can be very difficult to work with. They were professional, curtious and even my neighbor liked them. They also did a minor repair above and beyond what they were contracted to do. Great job!

Matt and his team did an excellent job. His foreman Mike did an excellent job matching the stucco pattern and ensuring the work was done timely. They were professionals throughout the job keeping us appraised of progress, starting on time and cleaning up the site. They weren't the cheapest, but they were a good value for the quality of work and confidence of mind in having a contractor who knew what they were doing. The real test was with the first two major downpours of the season--no more leak!

The entire job from start to finish was excellent. Matt Stevenson let us know exactly when the windows and doors would be ready for installation and worked with our schedule to make everything work. The french doors and windows are a beautiful white color and overall they are what be expected and more. They have lifetime warranties on everything. You can't beat that! Most other companies had limited warranties at best. The windows and doorsare the most energy efficient ones you can buy today. They also are excellent at reducing outside noises. Since we backup to a busy street this was very important for us. The french doors in the master bedroom required stucco work to be done at the end. This work was done so well you can't tell from the new parts to exisitng. Overall, all the work was done by highly trained professionals who always cleaned up afterwards. Great Job!!

When I contacted HomePRO,Matt was responsive and provided a very good explanation of the process. It was not necessary for him to come out to do the estimate; he based it on my responses to his questions about the nature of the job. Provided an estimate of $625, which seemed rather high but decided to go with him anyway based on his professionalism. Wasn't initially ready to schedule work so I waited a couple weeks to contact him to schedule. On day of work, one worker arrived to do the work. He wasn't particularly friendly (spoke only a few words - Russian accent) but he seemed to know what he was doing. It took the better part of the day for him to complete the job. He spent a lot of time on the stucco part and the finished job reflected that. The stucco texture of the repaired area is an excellent match for the original. Still think that the job was on the high end price-wise but I am satisfied that it was done well. I think that if I had gone with a lower bid, the work would've reflected that. As they say, "you get what you pay for."

I only have good things to say about HomePRO. From the start when owner Matt Stevenson explained the Text Cote process and worked with me to choose colors for my house through the completion of the job ? the whole experience was positive! The work crew was always prompt, courteous, friendly, and professional. So much so they finished the project several days early! I appreciated the fact that Matt visited several times during the process to check on the status. And I am very satisfied with the quality of the workmanship. The Text Cote finish looks outstanding. In fact, a number of my neighbors have stopped by to compliment and admire my ?new? house. Thank you HomePRO!!!

They were responsive but they didn't offer the product that I wanted. We were looking for a particular type of window that I wanted. They seemed fairly professional. They were very prompt and was going to get a person out right away for a quote. I would contact them for information in the future.

Matt Stevenson, the proprietor of HomePRO is the consummate professional. From our first contact, then on to the estimate, to the actual work, I couldn't say one negative thing about the experience. After the estimate was given, work ensued, it became apparent that further repair was needed, this was brought to our attention, and before it was done, we were given the option of doing it or not. Matt was very thorough in his explanation of the work and then he followed our wishes to the letter. All the workers with whom I came in contact were as professional and considerate as was Matt. We couldn't have asked for a more positive experience on a job that could have been a nightmare.

I have 25 windows. They did 13 windows for me initially a year ago. Since they did a good job with the windows, I decided to use them again for the remaining windows. The owner is Matt Stevenson. He came out personally and checked everything. He made sure his men were doing the job correctly. When they repaired my deck, it turned out to be more expensive than when he first looked at it. He could not see under the deck. When the top was taken off, they needed some help with the underside. They were very good and very accommodating. They did little extra work. The deck looks great now. The deck is huge. They had to build it back from ground. It is an elevated deck. They were really very good. The men were very professional. They came out and did what they were supposed to do. They made sure I was aware of what they were doing. If they were going for lunch, they would let me know. I did not have any problem with them. I was comfortable leaving my house even when they were around. I would use them again in the future.

Although Matt (owner) may not be Ethan Hawke, his accomplishment of this "mission" far exceeded our expectations. Not only is Matt knowledgeable of his products, he is very personable, friendly and honest individual. He alerts you to any possible issues that could arise so there are no surprises which prepares the client emotionally as well as financially. This only speaks of Matt; his workers are fantastic. They went above and beyond the "mission". they discovered, after removing a portion of our roof tiles that the builder of our home had failed to perform an adequate job on our roof, thereby allowing rainwater to seep into some of the boards. HomePro staff repaired and/or replaced any portion to protect the roof from future damage. This became a part of a change order which we were thankful was discovered and repaired. These little extra services puts HomePro in a whole different category as it relates to general contractors. We will have other "missions" and look forward to our continued working relationship with Matt and his HomePro staff. We highly recommend HomePro - you will never be sorry.

We needed all of our home windows and sliding doors replaced and found HomePro on the internet. We found many great references for HomePro there, as well as on Angie's List. We received an immediate response to our inquiry, and Matt, the owner, came out quickly to see what we needed, what we wanted, and to start the process of preparing a quote. We received the quote back quickly, and Matt advised us to compare his against other quotes before we made a decision. This was very appreciated since a previous quote we had received from another company was provided with pressure to sign right away without getting other quotes. Turns out HomePro's price was better, the windows were better, and no high pressure sales. We live in a gated community and had to get approval by the Home Owner's Association. Matt provided us with all the information so we could prepare our package to submit (HOA wanted it to come from us and not HomePro). He was patient as we went through some delays because of review date changes, us apparently being the first to request retro fitted window replacement in the community, and the HOA wanting to be sure the windows would meet the community standards). Once approved, Matt ordered the windows and we were on our way. The windows came in quickly, and Matt set up an immediate appointment advising that it might take a few days to complete the job. All went very smoothly. The men that worked for Matt were courteous, and easily worked around me, my invalid mother, and 3 small, barking dogs to get all the windows and doors replaced. They cleaned up each evening making it seem like they were never there. We love the windows, they look great and are so much better than our old windows! Even with 100 degrees outside, the windows are cool to the touch inside the house! All of the windows and doors open and close, lock and unlock so easily. I can't believe we lived so long with our old windows that didn't lock, were hard to open and close, and were foggy and hard to see through. Matt had also given us a quote for some stucco repair (from a botched repair done by the builders that now had large cracks that could let water in) and some siding replacement/repairs (due to dry rot). These simple repairs will save us from some further damage down the line from rain and wind. So glad they are stucco and siding experts as well as window experts so they could do these extra things for us at the same time. And the stucco and paint matches so perfectly to the rest of the house, you cannot tell where they replaced it! We would highly recommend HomePro to everyone and have already given Matt's name to neighbors and family in case they need any window, stucco, siding replacement or repairs, and we will absolutely call Matt if we have any such needs in the future. It was a great experience that we were dreading in the beginning before meeting Matt. He was so professional and knowledgeable and made it clear from day one that his goal was to provide stellar service and wonderful products so we could relax and enjoy the process and the results. Everything was done timely, and with great care to get it done right. Matt also has followed up to make sure all is well, and that we have not come across any issues or problems post-install, and to make sure we are happy with the windows and the work that was done. Oh, and forgot to mention that Matt's team took down all our curtains/drapes, handled them carefully, and then put them all back up after the windows were done. They moved any furniture, and protected our carpets from dust/dirt.

An addition was built to the house approximately 8 years ago. It has stucco on the exterior and during the past 2 years, cracks (both hairline and large) have developed. So, repair of the stucco was on my list of home repairs that would have to be done within a year or so. I found Home Pro at the January Home and Garden show at Cal Expo in Sacramento. So, when I was in a position to seek stucco repair, I contacted Matt Stevenson, owner of Home Pro. We met on the date and time, as scheduled. Matt gave me an estimate (approximately $1150) for the repair and detailed the process involved in its repair. He suggested that I consider Tex-Cote paint when I was in the market to have the stucco painted someday & provided some information about the product. I appreciate the fact that he did not try to talk me into painting vs. repair. Matt advised that he would prepare the contract and be back to review it with me. After he left, I began doing an internet search on Tex-Cote & sold myself. Prior to his return with the contract, I called and asked if he could give me an estimate of Tex-Coting the exterior of the addition. Knowing that I would have to have the stucco painted one day & comparing the cost of the repair and the repair and Tex-Coting, which has a lifetime guarantee, I decided to go for the Tex-Coting with the repair work. I was concerned about the landscaping work just completed around the sides of the addition. Matt assured me that they would take precautions to cover the new plants & would replace any should they damage them while working. The crew had to carefully move back rocks and weed cover from the walls (approximately 10 inches) in order to treat the base of the foundation. The crew worked meticulously and quickly on the job. Any questions I had were quickly answered by Matt. He treated my job as if it was his only job...great customer service. After the work was complete, one of the crew members returned to touch up the wooden door frame and window frames...a few chips of paint had come off during the power wash process. He even brought in a huge bag of Miracle Gro ground soil to even out the soil in one of the flower beds! I will definitely consider Home Pro for future work & will absolutely recommend Matt & his crew at Home Pro.

They were quite honest. The contractor who did it was very good. In fact, we found him on Angie’s List. He was very honest. He said he didn’t want to touch the job because of poor workmanship that was done by the contractor before. He was here. He was timely and thorough. We appreciated his honesty. He went away and that apparently gave him time to think about it. He called us and also wrote us a letter. He seemed knowledgeable. He could have taken our money, but he didn’t.

Scope of the work changed that put us in a different direction but one of the more thoughtful contractors I have met.

The work was completed on time and for the estimated cost.

I was quite pleased with the service. He was honest with me. Crew was excellent; Michael was the supervisor. They cleaned up every day and it took about 7 days. The windows are very nice quality as well.

They are fine. They have been wonderful. They are much better than some other companies that I tried. They had great reviews on Angie?s list. Mostly their reviews on Angie?s list made me go with them. They were excellent overall.

I paid around $1500. They were great. They were neat, clean and efficient. The price was reasonable. I will use them again in the future, if required.

Very well. The damage to the homes' exterior was more extensive than anticipated and this added a small percentage to the overall bill in the end, but I can't say enough about the workers attention to detail with regard to the house. It truly was amazing how meticulous they were with their repair of our homes' exterior/stucco damage. Having worked with a number of contractors for various other projects, I hadn't worked with someone so thorough, responsive and professional as Matt Stevenson.

The wall is nicely blended, and the results look pretty good. HomePro wasn't the lowest bid, but their recommended scope of work was slightly more involved. Mike pointed out damage to the paper that the other two bidders hadn't noticed or didn't think to mention. I'm quite satisfied with his work.

It looks like it never happened. The paint matches perfectly.
