The workers performed very well. They were very thorough and professional. I would recommend them to anyone wanting similar work.

The owner was very professional and helped answer my questions over the phone. The work was performed by Nicolai and his crew who did an excellent job removing the window and dryrot resulting from water that had been leaking into the wall from the window. They did quality work and were very fast and efficient. They matched the original texture of the stucco perfectly. They also patched several cracks around the area and cleaned up well afterwards.

He did good, quality work. He showed up on time and he did exactly what we need him to do. I would recommend him to anyone. I also thought his price was very reasonable for the amount of work that he did.

The crew arrived on time every day and worked steadily. The job was finished in a timely manner. The prep work was well done, except for the windows. I thought they should have been more prepared by sanding and removing old caulk. I told the owner that I needed a thorough check for dry rot, but the crew did so only after I insisted. They had covered over some vulnerable areas before I realized that they did not look at the wood underneath. We pointed it out, but it resulted in a set back when the crew had to tear down fresh stucco to repair the rotted wood. After that we were sure to check on their work every day to avoid misunderstandings. For example, they had overlooked doing our bay windows because they didn't appear to be wood. The stucco work itself was excellent. The texcoat coating was applied exactly, and the windows and details finely finished. They took care of visual details such as applying grout to our decorative tiles. The house does look marvelous.
