GALLAGHER'S CARPET CARE

They are absolutely fantastic. I won't use anybody else. I just hope they don't retire or anything because I always get the same people. Angelo and Lou are always so friendly and they always do a fantastic job. They do things like stretch your carpet like if your carpet is a little older but there's nothing wrong with it and it's got sagging. A lot of people don't do that. They are wonderful. They have specials like in January and February they do 50% off of carpet cleaning and so for them to do my whole house is only a couple hundred dollars for my upstairs and downstairs. It would be $400 and they tell you when they are having sales on different things. They do upholstery and tiles too.

EXCELLENT. GALLAGHER'S CALLED TO CONFIRM THE DAY BEFORE THE SERVICE. CALLED AGAIN TO CONFIRM THEY WERE ON THEIR WAY THE DAY OF THE SERVICE. ARRIVED ON TIME; CLEANED OLD CARPET AND CONVERTED IT TO LOOKING LIKE NEW IN EXCELLENT TIME; PROVIDED ME WITH SHOE PROTECTORS TO WEAR FOR A FEW HOURS AS WELL AS A SUPPLY OF THEIR CLEANER/SPOTTER; WERE PROFESSIONAL FROM BEGINNING TO FINISH. I HAVE USED OTHER CARPET CLEANERS IN THE PAST WHO COULD NOT GET DIRTY WEAR AND TEAR DIRTY SPOTS OUT OF OUR OFF-WHITE BERBER CARPET. AFTER SWITCHING TO GALLAGHER'S, I KNOW THAT OTHER CARPET CLEANING SERVICES WERE JUST LAZY. I HAVE USED GALLAGHER'S SEVERAL TIMES NOW AND THEY HAVE PERFORMED THEIR CLEANING MIRACLE EVERY SINGLE TIME.

We have used the services of Gallagher's Carpet Care since September of 1996 and have found their services to be exemplary in both cleaning and information. The price quoted above is at a discount which is usually offered for the month of January, but needs to be applied for earlier as appointments fill up quickly. The owner and employees are very good to work with. One of our carpets is original with the house - early 70s - and is still going strong. The others are 20 years or more and look very good after cleaning. Excellent company and excellent service!!

I think this company has gone down hill since I started using them. The last time I called for an appointment, no one in the office answered the phone. They even forgot about an appointment that I had once. Their prices are very high and that is why I am shopping around for a new company.

THEY DID EXCELLENT WORK. THEY GOT OUT STAINS I THOUGHT WOULD NEVER COME OUT. THE CARPETS LOOK BEAUTIFUL. THEY WEREN'T VERY EXPENSIVE, EITHER. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
