Description of Work: CSC gave me an estimate on potential future plumbing needs. He was prompt, pleasant, knowledgeable and open to my waiting to do the work in the future. He told me what I was looking at from a simple fix to a potential big fix. He left me feeling thatI could wait awhile but when ready he would be there to do the work. This was an estimate on a rental condo that is 400 miles from my home. It is very comforting to know I have someone to call that would be reliable on plumbing issues. Yea!!

Description of Work: In early June 2012, we discovered that our water main to our home sprung a leak under our side driveway, as we noticed water bubbling up from the seams between concrete slab sections. We contacted the water company, who came within 15 minutes and installed a hose between the meter box near the street and one of our water hose faucets on the house in order to bypass the area where the water was leaking. After some brief searching we hired a company to locate the approximate area where the leak may be. We subsequently then called CSC Plumbing & Drain Service who came over a gave us a fair estimate on the cost to break the concrete, find the cause of the leak, and make the needed repairs. They also offered to replace the concrete once the repair was made and time-tested to make sure there were no further leaks. CSC did a professional job of locating and repairing the leak. The leak was not exactly where the leak detection service had indicated it to be. Our main-line water leak was due to a failed in-line coupling that had cracked in between where the two pipe sections ends were inserted in a coupling; the failure of the coupling was likely due to a slight angle torque caused by tree roots. CSC used a “telephone” type splice to allow some offset between the pipe sections. CSC also did a great job with the replacement of the concrete. We now can use our driveway again. The above cost included the jack hammering of the concrete, finding and repairing the water main leak, and replacing the driveway concrete (with iron rods pins drilled into the old concrete to tie the new concrete slab to the original driveway slab.

Description of Work: removed root growing into plumbing system

Description of Work: My lawn storm drain was completely clogged with roots and a storm was fast approaching. I needed immediate action to clean out the drain. The drain was cleaned, the storm came and I was high and dry, thanks to CSC plumbing.

Description of Work: Installed a new one inch gas supply line from the meter to a central point in my attic where they branched it out into two separate three-quarter inch lines. One of the lines ran to the kitchen and the other to the laundry room in my 2200 square foot home.
