service was great, but the price seemed unreasonable based on the amount of time it took to do the work

I was told they would not honor the Big Deal coupon and that their "low voltage" division would call me back. It's now 4/11 and they still haven't contacted me in spite of two attempts on my part requesting them to do so. If you want a responsive electrical service that honors their Angie's List Big Deal coupons, I suggest looking elsewhere.

I had the same experience as the other two negative reviews on Angie's List. C&B Electric (Andy) was supposed to come to my home last week. Andy texted me at the time he was supposed to arrive that his van had broken down and he needed to reschedule for today- January 20th. Today, he didnt show up and he didnt return any of my calls or my text messages. Like the other reviewer, I hope nothing bad happened to Andy that caused him to not show up today or return my text messages. As per the prior reviews, there appears to be a bad pattern here with this electrician. I wouldn't use him.

I read Yelp and Angie's List reviews and checked licenses before selecting C&B to do some installation of several ceiling fan supports/wiring and a whole house fan install; their prices were slightly cheaper and they were available soon. I texted with Andy a few times, and we set a date and time. Two days before the scheduled appointment, I spoke with Andy on the phone to add another fan install, and he asked to come earlier on the agreed day as it was going to be 8+ hours of work; we agreed and everything felt good. Two days later, he never showed up. We wasted three hours waiting for him, and he never responded to texts or voicemails. Now it's two days after our scheduled appointment, and still no communication. I hope he is OK and I am going to feel like a jerk if he is a coma somewhere or something, but I'm guessing not. At this point I don't think I would trust this person to install electrical in my home; perhaps you shouldn't either.

I called on Wednesday afternoon, they were here at 8am Thursday morning. Right on time. They offered to removed their shoes before entering. This is the second time that I've used this company and I am very impressed with their speed and professionalism. After the work was completed, they cleaned everything down to the bits of dust and debris on the floor under the socket that was worked on.They are always polite and very knowledgeable.
