The work was done fine. It was the lady in the office who was more confusing than ever. She got mad at me one day and I said, I am a customer and you don't need to tree me like this. I think they got new management but the lady is still there. She is so confusing and I told the owner that you need to get someone better in the office. They come every four months. The work was really good and the guy who did the original work was really good also. They bill every quarter like $80. It price is for pest too but the reason we called them was because the pests that we had in the attic had tails and very few people do that type of work. They had to call them back one time because the guy who came over didn't do a very good job. The owner came over himself.

We had noticed a few ants here and there in the kitchen but they weren't really problematic. As the ant problem grew and it got closer to Thanksgiving we decided it was time to call an expert. We called Blizzard Pest Management on a Wednesday and they came out the very next day. They were very professional and explained everything that was being done. We were very pleased with the service and will definitely call them again.

So far, I am pleased with their service and feel that this is an honest company that performs only what's necessary and covers all options and costs before work is done.

Blizzard is pretty good. They are very personable and they do a great job. They are mindful of the outside furniture and plants.
