Description of Work: This rating is based partially on our housekeeper, and partially on the company and office staff. The person who manages the office, Jennifer, has become virtually non-responsive in the past year or more. She used to call the day before to confirm our cleaning and that stopped without warning over a year ago. We've used the same housekeeper with this agency for over 15 years and have generally been very happy with her. However every time she needs time off for personal reasons or vacation, or every time we take a vacation, getting Jennifer to call us back, e mail us back, or otherwise communicate with us to make alternate arrangements has been almost impossible. This has resulted in our coming home from an extended vacation to an uncleaned house, among other incidents. On our last cleaning, on 5/16, our housekeeper left a note saying she'd be taking a day of vacation for our next scheduled cleaning and please to call Jennifer, which I did that same evening. As of 5/22 I hadn't heard back from her, so left another message in the morning, and a 3rd message in the afternoon. We'd really like to continue having our housekeeper of many years, but having a problem every time she or we need to change our schedule (averaging 4-6 times a year) makes that unlikely for much longer.

Description of Work: I have used this service with same person for over 10 years. I have been extremely happy with them. I initially used them every week and now every other week since the household has less people and it is not necessary every week. The person comes around 8:30 and leaves at 2. If you have a special need other than the normal household cleaning, they will do it, at a different time and for reasonable fee.

Description of Work: They cleaned my 1875 square foot house. They did all the vacuuming, dusting, mopping, etc. I have an agreement with them to come on a weekly basis and they clean for four hours.
