Description of Work: Fixed gutter where water was running down wall of house.

Description of Work: I am writing this reveiw on behalf of owner of house where I live and where she also lived. She was diagnosed with a terminal disease and wanted the house in good condition for her heirs so she quickly found this roofer and hired him "because he was so nice and his guarantee was so good". Put on roofing, spread work out over several weeks, turning up sporadically. Promised a 15 year warranty.Asked to be paid in cash. Owner left the final payment with me to give to him and when I started to count out the money to him he hushed me up and said he didn't want his worker to hear me and just quickly took the envelope with the payment. I asked for the warranty and he said he'd bring it to me the next day. I was in an awkward position because he now had the money and I had no receipt or warranty. Two days later I called him and he said he'd bring the receipt/warranty. Here is the exact wording of what he gave to me: 12/29/12 Installed a heat welded modified bitumen roof -$7,500 Fifteen year "limited" workmanship warranty. (Determined by provider) Randy George 845-2245 Obviously the warranty isn't worth the paper it was written on but he knew he was dealing with a woman who was going to die soon and was leaving the area before the job was done. Since he did the job the Dish antenna has been knocked or somehow moved and the Dish service will charge $75 to fix it but since the service will be terminated soon I have been making do.
