Description of Work: Refrigerator in my mother's home rental broke & they assessed it punctually, recommendING a replacement due to age & potential issues of frig in house. Kitchen had unusual space dimensions, requiring a special order refrigerator. They were very punctual with order, delivery, set up of new, & take away of old refrigerator. Pleasant, very helpful customer service, and cost of initial assessment was applied to a greater warranty of the refrigerator motor.

Description of Work: Called them up and setup an appointment to fix my dryer. They came to the house quick and on time. in about a half hour diagnosed the problem. They found that a fuse was bad. I should also replace another fuse because they usually go out together. I think they where going to charge another 280 dollars to get the parts and install. I wanted my dryer fixed so i said yes. They never showed up again. I called once to see where my parts are. They where going to call me back with the info. Never called me back. So i ended up ordering the parts myself and fixed my dryer for only 25 dollars. So they actually saved me a bunch of money. so i dont know if i should really thank them. It was just bad service in my opinion.

Description of Work: Repairman looked at washer and tested it. Wasn't completely certain as to the extent of the problems, but gave me a range of estimated costs that included labor. He was thorough and helpful.

Description of Work: Not Good. Coming back for the 3rd time tomorrow. Hard time to get them to schedule. The only good thing was the technician. He was very polite and apologetic.

Description of Work: I called to ask if they could refer us to someone who could assess if rodents had nested or urinated in an oven & if this could be repaired. The receptionist kindly informed me that once the rodent smell was noticed, it was pretty much impossible to get rid of it. She saved us money and time by giving us this information rather than booking a service call.

Description of Work: We had our refrigerator stop working. They ended up replacing a mechanical hydraulic door that moderates cooling between the freezer and the refrigerator.

Description of Work: It's been a long time since the repair so my memory of the details is a bit foggy. I had issues with a clothes washer and the repairman fixed it. The part I needed had to be installed the next day as they didn't have it in stock. I hadn't retired then so I hired them to do the work. I thought their prices were a bit more than necessary but I feel that way about all repairs on any device or vehicle. I must say the repairman was knowledgeable and efficient. He was courteous and didn't leave a mess ;o) Since then I've retired I'm handy and do my own repairs on most things...as I have the time and with the internet. I can find out how to do most repairs myself. I've also used Franks Appliance Repair in the past and he has been as good, friendlier and was a bit less expensive. Greg Mann

Description of Work: I went an purchased a new stove for my parents home. The professionalism was outstanding and the price was great for the appliance I purchased. I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: My front load washing machine soap trays were not completely emptying all the water from the soap, fabric and bleach dispenser trays. Sometimes there would be no water left, it would drain completley, and sometimes, there would be water in the trays. I thought this was a problem, I didn't want trace amounts of bleach in a cycle that didn't require it for instance.

Description of Work: They repaired our washing machine.
