MOORE'S ROOFING & SVC

Although initially trying to get an estimate and get the job scheduled was frustrating and difficult (I learned through trial and error that emailing and leaving a message on the answering machine was futile - Always contact via cell phone!) everything else was great. I was referred to Moore's from a friend who used to have his own roofing business and knew many of the local roofers personally. The price I was quoted was well below another highly recommended roofer's quote, and the additional cost incurred for unanticipated repairs to the decking were reasonable. The crew was polite and punctual and did a thorough clean-up at the end of each day. At the end of three days we had a gorgeous new roof. We've now had several significant rain storms and there have been no leaks whatsoever, so I'd have to say that all in all we are extremely pleased with our experience with Moore's.

Did a great job for about $3,000 LESS than the big guys. Cleaned up everything. This job had to be coordinated with the Solar Company for the solar mount installation and that worked out well. Contract was bare bones and we had them add a few details just to make sure we understood what was included in their bid, they made the changes right away. We got about 1/2" of rain the night they finished their installation and no leaks.

Existing owner had to replace the roof before we could get our homeloan funded. We picked out the color we wanted, since we were going to be the future owners of the house. Once the work was done, we saw that the new shingles were the wrong color and we called the contractor to see what could be done. He was unconcerned since he had already been paid for the work and expressed no remorse toward us regarding the roof color. We weren't expecting him to really DO anything, but it would have been great if he had expressed some concern. Since he was paid by the previous owner, he had very little reason to concern himself with our satisfaction.

Moore's Roofing & Svc came out to see how much new insulation I needed in my home and to give me an estimate, and they installed it that same day. They've very responsive. He's a good problem solver and gives you an honest assessment of things.
