About us

After being a general contractor for the past 30 years, building, remodeling, and drawing plans for a variety of architectural styles, I am now focusing on the drafting and design aspect. I always seek to make the most of the space at hand and try to make your needs and wishes a reality, at least on paper. I also try to make the most of any good views, solar gain, and make the structure as cost effective as possible and still be strong and pleasing to the eye. I also help with getting your project through the planning and building departments, if desired and include any needed revisions. Feasibility Studies, to do research and see what will be involved with a project before committing to it, is another service I provide. Earthquake or Seismic Retrofits and Improvements can be done too. I always do my best to give you quality work at a reasonable price.

Elliot linn was very helpful in getting the design made for my garage conversion into a studio apartment. His experience allowed him to offer sound advice and wise choices in floor planning. He showed up on time for our appointments and delivered the plans in a timely manner. He was conscientious and capable.

We were remodeling an area upstairs and needed plans drawn up. Elliott responded the same day I called. Elliott worked with our ideas and made appropriate suggestions based on his work history and knowledge. Elliott included us on every aspect of the plan design and completed plans timely. We are happy with Elliott's work and would work Elliott again.

He listened to my wants and needs, designed, drew, and provided me with a complete set of plans in a reasonable amount of time. He had common sense answers to my questions. He stayed in contact with me through out the process. He worked in a collaborative manner. It was a positive experience.
