 + -1 moreOur front yard was transformed from a typical Eureka front, needing a lot of help with broken fence postes and terrible weeds growing out of old wood chips. The old wood chips were so bad that the black plastic underneath was showing. Sean completely redid our front yard and fence line artistically and efficiently within three visits. The ceder colored, fluffy, shredded, redwood makes our front yard stand out beautifully in the neighborhood.
Description of Work: Sean repaired and replaced many fence posts and railings all around our long, front, yard; he pulled up the 23 year old woodchips along both sides of our very long driveway and replaced them with beautiful shredded redwood bark; he trimmed back all of the trees and plants encrouching on our property; and he gave us two driveway lamps as a gift. Sean also mows and trims our front and back yard twice a month and does an absolutely steller job, as was the landscaping.

 + -1 moreI like that he charges by the job, not by the hour. He came out and did a free estimate to start and said hey, you don't have a whole lot of lawn, I think I could do it twice a month and then it's going to cost you 30 bucks. He gave me ideas for certain things like how to tame down the weeds in one area. He does what he's supposed to do every time and just puts the bill under my door. He calls before he makes the service where I have to pay him, so I just leave him a check. He just makes it pretty easy for me. The only thing I don't like is if you need him, he looks a little rough around the edges. He looks like he has had a hard life, but he is a very nice man.
