Description of Work: Our idea of "deep cleaning" was very different. I would call what they did "good quality surface cleaning". After they left, I still had to do everything I was hoping to have help with by myself. I easily could have just dug in in the first place and saved myself a lot of money. If you need your house to look clean - they're great.

Description of Work: I found this service on Angie's List and was impressed not only with the great reviews, but with the owner's prompt and thoughtful responses. The owner, Misty, returned my call right away. Subsequent calls to her made me feel very confident in her professionalism. She is responsive and let me know that I could trust her. However, I had expressed my concern that her fee was more than I had expected. She explained that her team comprised herself and 2 more people. So her hourly fee was $30 per person per hour, or $90/hour. Estimate: $180 for 2 hours. | |I called to confirm the day before our appointment to let her know that we'd be watching for her at 9 a.m. as scheduled, for our 9:00-11:00 agreement. The team showed up at 8:35. My husband had to tell them we weren't quite ready for them. But at a few minutes before 9:00 we were all ready, the team of 3 came in, and immediately we were put at ease with all three ready to get started and listening to our requests. They got started right away and were an absolute pleasure to have in the house. We are very happy with their work, and would like to hire them again. | |My only concern is the cost. The time went past the 2-hour limit we'd set, and we were charged accordingly. The team was truly wonderful and accommodating, but I'm hoping that we can arrange to have a limit of 2 people doing the job next time in our small house (1400 s.f., one floor, 2 BR, no pets). | |I recommend this business for their excellent work and professional, friendly presence in our home. |

Description of Work: Did more than anyone could ask for,,,,,,Cleaned a bachelor pad that had not been cleaned in a very long time! PLUS, helped clean a carpet in another apt, on their own time! Had them come back to help with a cabin clearing and couldn't ask for more! ~~~The Best~~~

Description of Work: Misty (and usually one other employee) has been cleaning my house for over a year. Obviously I am pleased with her work. She comes once a month, does a routine cleaning, plus usually one extra thing, like vacuuming under the bed or cleaning my computer screen and keypad. I will keep using her.

Description of Work: Powerwashed fence,short and tall surrounding my home. Also, thoroughly swept my entire two-car garage. The floor had leaves;dirt;dust everywhere and looked immaculate when the owner's superb helper completed her assigned task (Jean). They are scheduled for another housecleaning on March 3. Very pleased with their attention and care. Lots more projects I think they will be able to help me with in the next several months.

Description of Work: I have been having Misty and crew clean my house for the last several years. They always do a great job and are pleasant and professional to deal with. I highly recommend them for house cleaning.

Description of Work: Misty had the lowest bid. I had a small carpet that needed cleaning and she had the equipment to clean it herself. My bathtub/shower had a bunch of non-slip 'tiles' that were glued to the bottom of the tub and were moldy also. She was able to remove them and make my tub look very nice. Also she cleaned the windows that were very much in need of cleaning. Otherwise it was regular basic cleaning of bathroom and kitchen and vacumning of carpet in rest of house.

Description of Work: The house was cleaned once ver well and we scheduled wkly cleaning. However, it could not be for 2wks. per the worker. She was due at my home and did not come or answer her phone for 50min. past the time she was supposed to be here. When she did answer, I had been trying to reach her after the initial 20min. late. , she said she called me and wanted to reschedule for the weekend perhaps. I told her no, i had already told her I did not want workers in my home on weekends and that we had this scheduled for 2wks. and I wanted her here today. She said she had taken on too large of a job elsewhere. I told her it would be fair to reschedule that job and come keep her appt. with me as I had waited and anticipated her arrival. She said no. I said, ok, you're fired. I would not begin to ask her to work for me. This was handled very unprofessionally and discourteously. I had already washed sheets and towels anticipating her folding them and let other things go expecting her to be here. She could care less about my going to Angies's list too as i told her I would.
