Description of Work: our heater went out. Evans was able to come out to fix it the next day. It did take two trips to fix it and they had to be called to remember to come back the second time. Also, we had to pay for both service calls since the first repair did not fix the problem. But, they did fix the heater (which ended up being an electrical wiring problem) and it has been working fine ever since. They were courteous and polite and it was worth the extra phone call to get the heater fixed at a reasonable cost within a reasonable amount of time.
