+ -1 moreIn the initial telephone contact, the individual representing himself as Charlie Brannick was rude and abrupt. He did not identify himself or his business name when answering the phone; I had to ask. When I did ask, he responded with, and quot;Who are you?and quot; The conversation digressed into his turning my questions back on me, his wanting more information from me than what I was getting from him. I felt uncomfortable pursuing the possibility of his performing work on my property. In the end when I commented on his rudeness, he said and quot;I don't want to paint your house anyway,and quot; and he hung up. I won't be calling this business again.
Description of Work: The provider was unprofessional during my initial telephone contact, so much so that at first I thought it was a joke.
