+ -1 moreWe were very happy with the services that were performed. Very nice employees that kept us informed throughout the job. Aimee in the office was very nice and assisted my wife in picking out colors that went well together. We have had Carbonneau Tile out previously to install a tile shower and new bathroom floors. I have dealt with other tile contractors, but have never experienced service like Pierre offers.
Description of Work: Carbonneau Tile installed a new custom tile countertop and backsplash in our kitchen.

Description of Work: Pierre did an excellent job with our new master bathroom shower from the inital consultation to the completion of the project. His crew paid attention to the details ensuring the finished shower was beyond our expectations. Pierre offered some suggestions for accessories that we never even thought of. They were very professional and completed job in the timeline we were told. We will be using Carbonneau Tile for all remaining tile work needed in our home.

Description of Work: I called to get an estimate for re-grouting a kitchen that they had originally done the tile work on (eight years ago). I tried to hire them but was unable to, due to not being able to get the receptionist to schedule the work.

+ -1 moreThey did a good job. They were really good. They were prompt and didn't have to wait. They had made an unforeseen mistake and they promptly came and fixed it with no problem. They did a really top notch job fixing it without any complaint at all. They were right there the next day. I have nothing but good things to say about them. As far as price is concerned they were on top of the line. Nobody probably would be more expensive than them, but I was happy with paying the price.
Description of Work: I used CARBONNEAU CERAMIC TILE for demolishing and retiling the floor. They also did all the prep work and retiled the shower.
