+ -1 moreI feel Brady was very thorough. He explained things as I followed him around (I did not go under the house). He sent me a full written report of all his findings, and his suggestions of what needed to be done fairly soon and what could wait.

BRADY HOME INSPECTION offers the following services: Complete home inspection. My typical inspection will take 2 - 3 hours on-site where I will thouroughly inspect the home filling out a detailed checklist and taking an average of 80 photographs. At the office I will reveiw the photographs and transcribe/convert my checklists into an easy to read and understand document including photos of defects, etc. The PDF version of the report has hyperlinks to additional information where applicable.
