+ -1 moreHe arrived on time, clearly explained what would be involved in painting house (there were some small repairs required, gutters etc.). I walked with him around the house, he pointed out some issues, but overall he told me that the house didn't NEED to be painted. I appreciated the honesty. He gave me a verbal estimate of the estimate which turned out to be very close (actual estimate was a little cheaper). I don't know if it was a great price because I had no comparison, but he was friendly, informative and professional.
Description of Work: Came out for an exterior house paint estimate.
