I’m going to take responsibility for this bad review. I understand there was communication issues caused from lack of understanding. I want you to be aware we have to do our work to our codes here in the US I understand things may be different in the country you’re from. I’d like to apologize for our busy schedule but I don’t think it’s a problem. We’re a service company and emergencies happen and we’ll have to prioritize them accordingly.
