We had received a bid from another electrician that was more than twice the amount Walter Electric charged us. Keith turned out to be a problem solver. He provided us with a couple of options and found a way to get the job done at a reasonable price. The work quality was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to both use him again and recommend him to a friend.

Had an issue with a kitchen light. He quickly assessed the situation and advised me to purchase an LED light fixture, that he would install. Worked with me under very tight deadline. He and his co-worker very professional, friendly and efficient.

As an out of town owner Keith gave his upfront cost of the service call per hour. He was willing to get cost of a part since I had another replaced a year ago and pretty much knew I was taken the last time. When he went there he found nothing needed to be replaced and the problem was due to dust accumulation. He cleaned out the one heater that wasn't working and also checked the other two for cleaning. He reported back that no parts needed replacing. I could have been an easy victim for someone to take advantage of being an out of town owner. Keith is honest and that is worth a lot.

He answered his phone!!!!! I cannot say how many other electricians I have called with the "24-hour service" with no answer. I am still waiting for a call back from Forward Electric in La Jolla that has 24-hours service. It has been 24 hours since I called with no call back! Keith did an awesome job, and he reassured my family as they are at our vacation home in La Jolla. Thumbs up to Walter Electric!!

Keith was awesome. He spent a good 15 mintues on the phone with me troubleshooting the problem before scheduling an appointment to come and visit. In the end, as we had suspected during the initial call, my circuit breaker needed to be replaced. When he arrived, it was fixed in about 15 mintues. Keith is super nice, accomodating, and extremely knowledgable. He will definitely be stored in my contacts for any future electrical work I need done.
