Description of Work: I looked for carpet cleaning services on Angies list. I prepaid for carpet cleaning services on 7-12-2013, with the expectation of being contacted in a timely manner by the provider, TWIN Pro Services. The provider did not contact me until 7-17-2013 after 5. I am going to look elsewhere for a more responsive provider. I can only imagine how they would respond if we used them and a problem arose.

Description of Work: I have used this company for a few years now, and even though they are not the cheapest, you get what you pay for. I had my whole house done, about 3000 sq ft. Plus, this time I had my couch and my two wing chairs done. I have a Labrador retriever and they have a lot of natural skin oils which attract dirt and leave dirt. They do a fantastic job and I would highly recommend to anybody. That says a lot, because I tend to to be really critical about cleanliness.
