He came and did a very good job...even got out some old rust stains which no one else ever has! He told me before that he might not but then did!!! He also gave me a bottle of carpet cleaner before he left....a very good experience!!

Craig did a wonderful job. He was very professional. This was the best carpet cleaning I have ever had. All of the spots came out and now the carpet looks great.

I had emailed Twins ProServices via Angie's List about their carpet cleaning special because I wanted clarification as to what constituted an "area" and get some sense of how quickly they could get the carpets cleaned. It took a couple days for me to get a call back. The employee left a message saying that I first needed to purchase the Angie's List deal before we could discuss scheduling. The timeliness of the call back and the tone of the message kind of bothered me. Having dealt with my share of bad contractors, I wasn't about to pay for anything until I could get some sense of what kind of service they could provide. I like using email because I oftentimes don't get a chance to respond to people until the evening. So, I sent a reply email to Twins expressing my discomfort. The next morning I got a telephone call from one of the owners, Greg. He explained that there'd been some miscommunication with a new employee (the one who'd previously contacted me); he was very responsive to my concerns and helped me feel much more comfortable with their services and professionalism. I went ahead and purchased their Angie's List deal and scheduled a cleaning. Craig showed up right on time--in fact, we noticed him sitting outside our home for 10-15 minutes prior to our 8am appointment. He knocked on our door at 8am sharp. He did an EXCELLENT job cleaning our carpets--despite challenges that were entirely our fault. (We'd previously over saturated our carpets with soap when attempted to clean them ourselves, and had a number of puppy potty-training accidents that needed to be addressed.) He placed foam pads under furniture corners of a few items that we couldn't move, and he cleaned our master closet at no charge. We will most definitely work with Twins ProService again.

Fantastic. They made a suggestion to 'not' spend the extra money for the scotchbguard because of the age of our carpet. I appreciated the honesty and not be sold on extra add on. I had more carpet cleaning done that the original order covered, and the price was very reasonable.

I bought a special promotion package: $111 for four areas. I paid some additional money for the stairs. The serviceman arrived in time, was professional, pointed out that the carpet was worn at some places, and might not appear fully cleaned at those places after the service. This is what I had anticipated. The carpet was dry within 24 hours.

TWINS ProServices completed the cleaning as outlined in the coupon I had purchased. There were no problems. The two men were careful not to hit my furniture, to place plastic protectors under the wooden legs, to place wall corner guards, etc. Although the coupon was for 900 square feet, I believe, I only had them clean under 600 as I did not need some rooms done. I am not sure if the coupon was such a good deal for me personally for that reason. I would use the company again, however.

Company cleaned four bedrooms and a hallway..."deal" was for up to 900 sq ft. Would highly recommend this company. They got out carpet stains (especially what looked like a black oily substance) that two other carpet cleaning companies had not been able to remove. Carpets looked spotless when they had finished. Would use them again in an instant.

Everything went smoothly and professionally from the scheduling to the reminder call the day before, timely arrival, quick but thorough work on the carpets. Polite, congenial workman.

I was happy with the service I received. My rugs were very dirty from two dogs and my carpets were over due for a cleaning. Craig did his best and was really concerned that he couldn't get all the stains out . I told him that the stains had been there for awhile and were pretty permanent . I few days later the owner of Twins called and left a message to see how everything went and if I needed any thing else done with the carpet. I thought that was nice since I have never had a call back like that before with other companies.

We used the drop off service. Everything went very smoothly and we are more than happy.

Did a great job and I would and will use again. They were recommended to me by Coles, where I bought my Karastan carpets. The carpets were new but needed cleaning after workers tracked dirt in from work boots. Technician was experienced, on time, professional, thorough, and was honest about whether certain spots could come out or not. I also had some expensive wool area rugs cleaned, which they took off site. They came back in a few weeks in perfect condition.

I was referred to this company by another carpet cleaning service that didn't provide service to Fallbrook. Very pleased with results. Dennis is very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend!

This company was referred to us by Carpet Club where we purchased our carpet. We were told they use Twins ProServices for their facility and are very pleased with their service. Craig came out to give us the estimate and we were pleased at the price as it was much lower than what we paid last year by a different company. Dennis arrived on time to do the cleaning and was friendly, professional, and thorough. We will use Twins again.

WE CALLED SEVERAL COMPANIES AND FOUND TWINS FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS TO BE THE BEST CHOICE BASED ON THEIR FLEXIBILITY TO COME AND CLEAN WHEN IT WAS MOST CONVENIENT FOR ME. THEIR CLEANING METHOD INVOLVED STATE-OF-THE-ART TECHNOLOGY, RESULTING IN A GREAT JOB!
