carpet installation
 + -1 moreJennifer was rude and sarcastic. When she asked why we weren't going to buy the carpet, we said because Home Depot was $200 cheaper (on a $700 job). When we said we still wanted the repair work, she said, "No, we don't want to work with you". We asked "why not?" and she said, "We don't make very much money on repairs". We were a bit chagrined, but said "$200 is $200". When we asked, "Can you suggest someone else for the repair work, she said, "Why don't you ask Home Depot?". The whole episode was childish and unprofessional.
Description of Work: We had Tri City give us an estimate to carpet some stairs and repair the carpet in another room. We compared the price for the new carpet to two other places, and their bid was the highest. So we called and said we didn't want the new carpet, but we still wanted the repair work.
