Description of Work: We went with another company just because they had more time/experience in solar installation. But the Smart Energy people were professional and pleasant and I would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: We interviewed over a dozen solar panel installers. Smart Energy USA made it to a final round of interviews based on their pricing. They were the absolute lowest price provided. The salesman Alex was professional and responded promptly to our questions. In the end, we found a number of negative comments on Yelp and one negative comment on the solar panel manufacturer's website and choose not to contract with this company. Our salesman told us the reviews were for a different branch (we were working with the Escondido branch) but we felt better not to take the risk and choose a different installer.
