Description of Work: I had my clay tile roof re-papered. This involves the tiles being removed and new paper laid down and the tiles replaced. I was happy with the quality of paper used (they upgraded to a 50 year paper for free). They were punctual, professional and finished quickly. A few days later I noticed that on one side of the house the tile rows were not straight. I called and told them and they responded immediately and redid nearly the entire side at no extra charge. This despite the fact I had already paid in full. I was told that the problem was that the Tile vender had changed the shape of the tiles and the new did not seat well with the new.

Description of Work: Mike at Sequoia came and gave me great advice about my skylight needs. He replied quickly by email then following return calls since they had lost phone service due to a phone company error. This was right after a sudden rain period and I felt very lucky to get anyone to come out.
