Mark was just great. We kept in contact before the appointment. He was on time. He worked fast and professionally. He answered my questions with kindness and care. I told him and Iâ ll tell you that I am glad to have Mark as my new computer guy. I am going to be recommending him to people in my building and putting his card up in the laundry room.
